From May 19 to 31, the National Finals of the University Women's Division A in the 2025–2026 China Youth Campus Football Four-Tier League were held at the Hooray International Football Training Base in Zhangzhou, Fujian. WHSU's women's soccer team turned in an outstanding performance, stringing together one victory after another. Over the course of the group stage and the knockout rounds, the squad downed several formidable opponents to clinch a place among the nation's top four.

In the group stage, the team swept all its matches to seal first place and advance in commanding fashion. The women's team continued its impressive run in the knockout stage: in the round of 16, they edged Northeast Normal University in a tense penalty shootout, then routed Liaocheng University 5–0 in the quarterfinals to book a place among the nation's final four.

This year's national semifinal round will introduce a new home-and-away, double round-robin format for the first time. Under the schedule, our women's team will first travel to face Shanghai University of Sport in the semifinals before returning home for the second leg.
