The 2026 National Fitness Championships & World Fitness Championships Qualifier, hosted by the Chinese Fitness and Bodybuilding Association, were held in Xiamen, Fujian from May 19 to 24. After fierce competition, Teng Yu of WHSU's fitness and bodybuilding team captured the title in the Women's Fit Model Division D and went on to claim the overall championship of the event. She was selected for the national A team and will represent China at the 2026 IFBB World Fit Model Championships. Teammate Shi Wenxin finished as runner-up in the Women's Bikini Fitness Division A.

The competition drew more than 400 athletes from over 50 teams across the country.
