The 7th National Collegiate Golf Championship & National Sports Training and Competition Alliance Golf Tournament was recently held in Wanning, Hainan. WHSU achieved remarkable success, earning multiple honors including “Outstanding Team” title awarded by the National Sports Training and Competition Alliance; bronze medals in both the Level 9 High Performance Mixed Team and Women's Team categories; Mr. Huang Zhiyong winning 1st prize in the Teaching Skills Competition and “Outstanding Coach” honors; Tian Fu claiming 1st prize in the Level 8 Skills Competition; Di Shiyuan crowned Women's Individual Gross Champion in Level 9 High Performance; and Ma Mingrui receiving “Outstanding Athlete” recognition.

As China's premier collegiate golf event, the championship was guided by the Department of Science and Education of the General Administration of Sport of China, organized by the National Sports Training and Competition Alliance and Dazheng Chengping (Shanghai) Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the National Sports Training and Teaching Alliance and Hainan Normal University. The event also received support from Wanning Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau, and Hainan Golf Association. The tournament attracted over 350 participants from 53 universities nationwide.
