On April 25, the university's English journal Advanced Exercise and Health Science (AEHS) was officially indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) (https://doaj.org/toc/2950-273X).

DOAJ, created by Lund University in Sweden, is a world-renowned academic journal database, ranked alongside SCI, Scopus, EI, and PubMed as one of the five major global literature retrieval systems. It is currently the largest database in the world dedicated solely to open-access journals, with 21,481 academic journals from 138 countries and regions around the globe. The DOAJ covers a wide range of disciplines and maintains a rigorous review process and high standards for journal inclusion. Being indexed by DOAJ signifies that AEHS has met international standards in both academic quality and open access.
As of now, AEHS has been indexed by three authoritative databases, both domestically and internationally: the American Chemical Society (CAS), the China Open Access Journals (COAJ), and DOAJ. Articles published from January 2024 onward are freely available for download and reading on the journal's official website (https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/advanced-exercise-and-health-science).
