The 2025 World Cheerleading Championships were held on April 24 in Orlando, USA. Wang Yazhou and Li Jiaxin, who have received their training at WHSU, represented Team China and delivered an impressive performance, earning a bronze medal in the Pom Doubles event and setting a new national best in this category.

In the preliminary round on April 23, Wang Yazhou and Li Jiaxin ranked third in the Pom Doubles and successfully advanced to the finals. They maintained their strong form in the finals, ultimately taking the bronze medal.

Both athletes will now continue their preparations for the World Games, which will be held later this year in Chengdu.
