The 31st FISU World University Games were held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, from July 28 to August 8. Nine WHSU students were selected to represent the Chinese delegation across a range of sports, encompassing rowing, taekwondo, basketball, gymnastics, and diving. Their exceptional performance led to remarkable accomplishments, securing 6 championship titles, 8 gold medals, 2 silver medals, and 4 bronze medals for the Chinese delegation.
